We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or compromised (e.g. signs of mold, product quality issues), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Info
We dispatch all orders on Tuesdays for next-day delivery on Wednesdays. Please plan your orders accordingly to ensure timely receipt.
Products are packed in insulated packaging and shipped in a protective cardboard box to help maintain temperature and quality during transit.
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. In the event of a lost parcel, we will do our best to replace your order as soon as possible, but in some cases, it may be fulfilled in the next week’s delivery cycle.
