1. Orders & Payment: Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, products, or availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Shipping: Orders are dispatched weekly on Tuesdays for Wednesday delivery. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for courier delays.

3. Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only if the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective. A batch number and clear photos must be provided.

4. Product Info: All content, product names, and recipes are the intellectual property of Nibbletto and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Account Use: We reserve the right to suspend or remove user accounts that misuse the website or violate these terms.
