Shipping Policy

At Nibbletto, we are committed to delivering your order in excellent condition. Please read the following before placing your order:

Dispatch & Delivery

• We dispatch orders once a week on Tuesdays.

• Deliveries are made via next-day courier service (24 hours) and are expected to arrive on Wednesdays.

• Products are shipped in insulated packaging and cardboard boxes to maintain a chilled temperature during transit.
   

Storage Upon Arrival

• Although shipped chilled, products must be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery to maintain product safety and quality.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive and store the goods properly on the day of delivery.
   

Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

• If a parcel is delayed, we cannot guarantee product condition and cannot offer a refund in such cases.

• In the event of a lost parcel, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. A replacement may be sent, subject to availability, in the following week’s dispatch.

• We currently deliver to UK mainland only. For special arrangements, please contact us directly.
